5Storyline:
In America an awful crime and prison overcrowding, the government seasons 12 hours crimes, including murder, all legally approved. The police can not be known. Help hospital suspended. One night, when people govern themselves, without thinking about punishment. At night, where there is violence and crime epidemic, one family wrestling with a decision that will, if a stranger knocks.
